This class will focus on exercises to improve posture & flexibility through:
- work with copper rods that bring warmth & dexterity to our extremities & help to correct postural imbalances
- rhythmic exercises that help us to loosen areas of tension and reconnect us with the supporting earth
- movement to verse and poetry that both inspire and lend inner strength and confidence

What to Bring
Eurythmy slippers or shoes with flexible soles.
Loose comfortable clothing to move in.
