This class will focus on exercises to improve posture & flexibility through:
  • work with copper rods that bring warmth & dexterity to our extremities & help to correct postural imbalances
  • rhythmic exercises that help us to loosen areas of tension and reconnect us with the supporting earth
  • movement to verse and poetry that both inspire and lend inner strength and confidence

Duration: 7 Weeks
When: Saturdays at 2:00 pm

Where: Bathurst & Rutherford
What to Bring
Eurythmy slippers or shoes with flexible soles.
Loose comfortable clothing to move in.
