This volume contains the results of research, sketches, and experiments from field work. Movement exercises and movement training play an essential role in therapeutic educational work. With the movement of children in need of special care, we find great possibilities for interventions with therapeutic measures. Once the movements of such children evolve, they can begin to take steps toward further development.

Those involved in curative, therapeutic education receive insights into the children's soul life by observing their movements and by discerning their stages of development, and they are given living pictures of the preexisting individuality that is taking hold of and incarnating the body.
