At the turning point of one hundred years since the founding of Waldorf Education, we want to take a deeper look at how we can contribute more and more through education to a better human future. The small child awakens in us a whole range of feelings: wonder when we contemplate how they unfold step by step in such a beautiful manner, tenderness when we see their innocence, hope when we try to imagine their future just as it begins to unfold, reverence for their courage to enter earthly life, and so much more. Living with children gives us the possibility of becoming better human beings and unfolding care and protection in our souls. The little child brings to us joy and goodness and awakens in us a sense of responsibility: responsibility for the future.
